2. Can a silicone coating be installed over my existing commercial roof?

In many cases, yes. Silicone coatings are designed as a roof restoration system, not a brand-new tear-off.

4. Will a silicone roof coating stop my leaks?

Most of the time, yes — if the leaks are due to membrane issues, seams, penetrations, or surface wear.

5. Are silicone roof coatings good for ponding water?

Yes — this is one of silicone’s biggest advantages.

10. How does silicone compare to acrylic roof coatings?
